Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia is offering 25 partial scholarships for international students!

Program detail:

  • Modality: In-person classes.
  • Nomination deadline: December 15, 2025.
  • Aplication deadline: January 15, 2026
  • Eligibility: Undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Start of classes: March 2026.

Documentation

Students must be nominated by their home university via email, including their full name, study program, and email address.

Once the nomination is received, we will contact the student with instructions on the next steps and the required documents:

  • Copy of passport.
  • Motivation letter addressed to: Mg. Francesco Mencaroni – Director of International Affairs Office.
  • Academic transcript.
  • Passport-size photo with a white background in .jpg format.
  • Letter of introduction from the home university, specifying the courses you wish to take at UPCH.
  • Student visa: If your university has an agreement with Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, we will assist with the visa process.
  • International medical insurance.
  • Spanish will be tested during the interview.

Requirements:

  • Consult with your academic advisor to choose the courses you wish to take.
  • All academic activities (courses to be taken at Cayetano) must be validated based on your curriculum plan.
  • You can request the syllabi for the courses by emailing durin@oficinas-upch.pe, indicating your faculty, degree program, course code, and course name (you may request up to 4 syllabi).
  • Register by completing our exchange form.
  • After completing the form, you will receive your credentials to register on the UPCH Intranet
  • To be eligible, the student must be enrolled in the third academic semester.

Scolarship:

  • Receive a total stipend of USD 1000 for your academic semester.

Who can apply to this scolarship?

  • Students with outstanding academic performance.
  • Students committed to a minimum stay of 3 months.
  • Students not receiving external funding (e.g., Erasmus).
