ENCayetano Heredia welcomes representatives from the University of Utah to strengthen academic cooperation
At Cayetano Heredia, we continue to strengthen our international outreach through partnerships with prestigious academic institutions. In this context, on January 12 we welcomed the visit of Dr. Juan Carlos Negrette, Director of the Global Health Program at the University of Utah, and Dr. Scott Benson, Professor in the Division of Public Health.
During their tour of our Central Campus (SMP), the visitors explored the Nursing Simulation Center, a space that integrates cutting-edge technology to support health sciences education. They also visited the Historic Library, which reflects the identity and institutional legacy that distinguish our university.
As part of the agenda, a meeting was held with authorities from our Faculty of Medicine to discuss the next steps toward a new phase of academic collaboration. The objective is to promote student rotations that strengthen knowledge exchange and contribute to a globally oriented education.
